Trainees

Tables & Scorecards

Define firing tables (stages) for each weapon: phases, targets, scoring, and timing. Each stage has a training category (practice, record, or official qualification). Scorecards order stage IDs for multi-stage events in Scheduling. Download and upload JSON to share setups between training centers.

Scorecard

A scorecard is an ordered list of stages. Use scorecards in Scheduling when an event spans multiple firing tables (e.g. Rifle Qualification: Stage I–IV).

Changes are saved automatically.

Human-readable name for this stage. Weapon (below) is used for matching trainees to lanes.

Assign training aids

Plan training events, assign trainees to lanes, and manage the calendar. Auto-allocate trainees to slots based on weapons and qualifications. Mark completion, handle no-shows, and reallocate when lanes or weapons change.

Manage visitors (Trainees)

Select an event from the calendar or create a new one.

Lanes

Configure range parameters and map virtual targets and shooters to physical lanes.
